Fishing With Papa

We went to the lake today and Natalie went fishing with Papa for the first time. She was VERY excited about that. We took the boat out for a little while, but there was a storm blowing in, so we didn't get to stay out for very long...Natalie wanted to get back to the fishing anyway. Natalie cried when we left. She wanted to stay. I am so glad that she had fun fishing. I used to fish with my PawPaw too and I will never forget those times! She is looking forward to the next fishing trip!

Kylie's Birthday Party

My cousin Stacey had a birthday party on Saturday for her daughter Kylie who turned one. Natalie LOVES baby Kylie (although she is definitely growing out of the baby stage now)! The party was a lot of fun....it's always fun to watch a one year old have cake and ice cream for the first time! Natalie saying hello to Kylie

It's Really True!!

We are expecting baby number 2!! After MONTHS on fertility drugs and 2 failed attempts at in vitro, I got pregant the good old fashioned way! I am 8 weeks along and have heard a strong heartbeat, so we are optimistic that it's the real thing! I am due on January 29th.

Visit from Cousins

My cousin Cindy came over with her two daughers, Haley and Danica, last week to swim. They live across town, so we don't see them too often, but the kids had a lot of fun. Natalie LOVED to hold baby Danica.

The Start of Summer

Summer has begun and it is HOT. We get in the swimming pool usually at least once a day just to cool off. Natalie goes to a little summer camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays and has started a gymnastics class and a ballet class this week. She really had fun at both of them (and the little outfits are adorable!)

Daddy bought Natalie some princess jewelry at the store and she has loved playing with that.

Splash Day!

On the very last day of school this year for Natalie, they had Splash Day where the kids got to wear their bathing suits, get wet and play games all day. She had a great time and it was a great way to end the year. Natalie with Rafe
